Create a full LaTeX document including a title, an author, an abstract, a table of content, a list of references, etc. (all of this with "dummy entries".
As the main body, the document should resemble this document (starting from "It is convenient to define ..." until the end of section 12.3). It need not look exactly the same, but the structure should be there. Also, the cross-references to other sections not included in your version of the document will not work. Instead, invent some literature item and refer to this one using BibTeX.
Alternative: If you have a short LaTeX document already containing some math formulae etc., then you can use also this one instead of the proposed document (this would save some typing effort!).
As a solution to the exercise, hand in the TeX-file (+ all files needed to compile the document successfully, as a zip-archive).
